Crowd funding is the new darling as far as a way to fund your new business ideas, but are there enough checks and balances in place? In 2014 we decided to give this a try and signed up on Kickstarter to be a backer for the coolest Cooler. Now almost 2 years later our cooler still hasn't shipped, and it's beginning to look like it never will. We shared our experience here.
